Lunch based on our ingredients in the cellar with a beautiful view of the vineyards. Lunch is preceded by a guided tour of the estate and the wine cellar, accompanied by a guided tasting of our wines.

A team of expert casalinga home cooks will guide you through traditional Umbrian recipes.
Lessons are offered in both English and Italian, from Monday to Saturday, in two time slots:
10:30 – 14:00 and 16:30 – 20:00. Classes are available for groups of 4 to 12 people.
The experience includes lunch or dinner featuring the dishes prepared during the class, a guided wine tasting, and a winery tour. Each participant will also receive a recipe set to take home.
Bookings are essential with a minimum of 4 days in advance.
Guided excursions with expert truffle hunters and trained dogs through the trails of Il Macchione, a 40-hectare woods within our estate. The experience ends with a tasting of the freshly gathered truffles, paired with estate wines and traditional local dishes.
After the hunt, guests can choose between a lunch or dinner with a guided tasting and winery tour, or a cooking class to learn how to best use truffles in authentic recipes.
